About Me
The Watson Group is founded & led by Rich Watson & Megan Zamberlin Watson. The true meaning of a team, they work together on all properties for all clients. Members of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing's Million Dollar Guild they bring record breaking, proven marketing to all properties across all price points. They believe in a custom, hands on, concierge approach, combined with custom marketing plans.
Rich & Megan are also hand selected members of the Compass National Sports & Entertainment Division and serve as the Seattle representatives. Members are hand selected for their experience in Sports and Entertainment experience and knowledge, with an emphasis on discretion and service. They are also the founders and directors of the Compass Equestrian Division, working with a nationwide network of true equestrian agents across the country.
Both Rich & Megan bring their own strengths to all clients. Prior to real estate Rich was a statistics professor at the University level and entered real estate through investment and flipping. He brings his market insight & numbers acumen to each transaction. Megan comes from a marketing background, bringing insight and innovation.
